Pro Forma - Studio 79

Studio 79

Over time, the co-working, event rental and entertainment business will grow with more and more opportunities to assist others in achieving their goals of start ups, event planning and event production. With the visual examples below, we can highlight numerous opportunities for financial growth at the newly constructed Studio 79 on the Anacostia River..

Our venue will have the ability to host multiple categories, but for the greatest rental return we will focus on these three core outlets:

 Innovate 8 + Music + Moments

Below outlines examples and iterations of long term revenue streams, followed by forecasted pro forma.

Innovate 8

Innovate 8 connects business incubation to workforce training and STEAM education, creating a streamlined creative eco system.

Brisk partnered with Vice + Noisey to bring the Brisk Bodega experience to 6 cities across the US — exploring the unique flavor of each city block by block, street by street. A Bodega might find its place on your street corner, filling it up with DJs, MCs, artists, party crews — all flavored by Brisk. On Saturday, July 26th West Coast producer + Roc Nation Artist DJ Mustard hit Washington DC to play a bevy of his hits. With the help DJ Quicksilva, the sold-out crowd partied to Mustard’s biggest hits, including YG‘s “My N*gga,” Ty Dolla $ign‘s “Paranoid,” and Trey Songz‘ “Na Na.” Still, the highlight of the night were the performances as West Coast artist RJ took the stage along with Phil Ade and Raheem DeVaughn. Multiple Layer Corporate Integrations alongside Community Programming

Corporate: Parties + Partnerships + Sponsorships

Our biggest corporate partnerships to date was with Heineken [ @ $60,000 cash & $5,000 in donated product] & Ciroc [ @ $15,000 cash + $7,500 in donated product]

With the 2017 Business Model, we plan to provide exclusivity within the beer, spirits and wine category giving us an unmatched edge for additional revenue gains with our corporate partners. This will be a one of a kind opportunity that brands seek often but don't have the proper placement in on-premise accounts.
