With over 10,000 square feet housed in the old West Elm space in the lower level of Tysons Corner Mall, our team has an opportunity to create a new, unique shopper experience for over 25 million annual visitors. Our initial thoughts; build a brand story w/Out of Home funding and introduce a fresh, compelling event activation space that all can have access to, further promote the specific brand story and others as well. The environment we are trying to emulate is comparable to an exclusive airport lounge but available to all people without a fee or charge. This will be the newest shopping experiential hap that can expand seamlessly throughout the United States, and later International.
